Please note that EMax USA's 60-day warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear or damages resulting from user modification/abuse, flights/crashes, or neglect of maintenance. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, like you take it out of the box or shortly thereafter, and something is defective. It would be unreasonable to expect that any drone can be flown, crashed, modified, and/or abused and then be repaired/replaced under warranty. The warranty is not full-coverage insurance. 


When sending a product to EMax USA for warranty evaluation, please ensure that your ticket number is provided on the outside of the shipping package. Once received, our technicians will evaluate and determine if the product needs to be repaired or replaced. Do not ship any damaged batteries and/or non-EMax products, for which EMax assumes no liability.
